Step 1:
'I'm having an ED!'
Use the colours of the EDs and the Emotion List Card to help learn and identify different emotions you experience
Step 2:
‘I am having a RED Angry ED’
Name the emotion to integrate the left and right brain. This will begin to soothe the emotion.
Step 3:
Follow the prompts in the CONFLICTING Emotion Card to become aware of how the emotion feels within your body
Step 4:
Follow the mindfulness exercise in the CONFLICTING Emotion Card to learn how to manage and calm emotions.
